L.T. Caplan has been involved in a wide range of commercial
real estate transactions. Specially, L.T. Caplan has
overseen the purchase or sale of over nine million square
feet of commercial real estate property. This included
the purchase and sale of large and small shopping centers,
office buildings and office complexes, warehouses, flex-space
buildings, and industrial properties. L.T. Caplan has
also assisted in the closing of agricultural land primed
for real estate development, 1099 Tax Exchanges, real
estate projects by syndications, the purchase and sale
of individual out parcels, and has represented both
landlord and tenant on various commercial leases.
